If you came to see the 2024 Birregurra Art Show on the second weekend in November, you may also have visited the Birregurra Community Health Centre (BCHC) for the Children’s Art Club exhibition or the sumptuous Devonshire Tea.
On Monday, 11 November, after the Birregurra Art Show had closed its door, the weekly Art Club gathered at BCHC for the prize presentation.
Jason Smith, Director and CEO of the Geelong Gallery, awarded three prizes in form of art supply vouchers, sponsored by the Birregurra Art Show.
Jane Jenkin, a Birregurra artist and member of the Art Show committee, met with the budding artists and with Jess Parker, the creative powerhouse making Art Club happen. The winners are:
Eleni Little (1st Prize)
Stevie Garner (2nd Prize)
Bobby Little (3rd Prize)
