“My drawing practice is an exploration of a subtle dream realm. Human, plant, and animal forms coalesce within a sky-like atmosphere. Delicate pencil and ink drawings reveal an invisible pervasive life force that unites the body with the natural world. These drawings convey messages that have both personal and ecological meanings.
Inspired as an art student by James Gleeson’s surrealist paintings, I have since developed a working style that encompasses subconscious imagery, random patterns, and an otherworldly sense.”
